We just returned from a few days at Staithes View and had a wonderful time. The cottage is exactly as described - the perfect, cosy break in the countryside. Dawn provides everything you could need and we appreciated the extra touches like the lap trays, kitchen essentials like tea/coffee etc. everything was spotless when we arrived with clear instructions on how everything works.

We’ll 100% return for another visit. Thank you Dawn!

Thoroughly loved staying in dawns property … it was cosy and warm when we arrived … tea coffee milk and biscuits … great instructions for the gadgets in the house … water red hot … beautiful surrounding and nice and quiet but ideal for visiting the area .. highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Nice accommodation in a lovely location with sea and countryside views and lots of places to visit within a short drive. Easy to find, clear instructions, plenty of information and local recommendations from Dawn. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would visit again.

There are so many lovely things to do in and around Staithes on your holiday. The fabulous NYMR steam railway was a prime location for the Harry Potter movies - the Hogwarts Express hurtled down its tracks.
